Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Bridge Pathways Foundation website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Bridge Pathways Foundation's website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display

Program Applications

Application Process

Submitting an application to any Bridge Pathways Foundation program (RISE or IGNITE) does not guarantee acceptance or enrollment. All applications are subject to review, and acceptance is based on program capacity, eligibility requirements, and organizational discretion.

Application Accuracy

By submitting an application, you certify that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from program consideration or termination from the program if already enrolled.

Program Capacity

Due to limited capacity, we cannot guarantee acceptance into our programs. Applications from areas outside our current service region will be retained for future program expansion consideration.

Donations

All donations to Bridge Pathways Foundation are processed through secure third-party payment processors (PayPal). By making a donation, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor.

Bridge Pathways Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt for your records. Donations are non-refundable except as required by law.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks
• Use any automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission

The materials on Bridge Pathways Foundation's website are provided on an "as is" basis. Bridge Pathways Foundation makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
